Project Homeless Connect

Project Homeless Connect connects San Franciscans experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness with care and resources that can help them move forward. Created in 2004, the organization brings together volunteers, nonprofit providers, and government agencies to make difficult-to-access services easier to reach.

Through Community Day of Service events and in-house programs, Project Homeless Connect helps connect people with medical and dental care, vision services, housing information, benefits assistance, legal advice, employment support, groceries, hygiene products, and other social and health resources.
