Sacramento Steps Forward

Sacramento Steps Forward leads Sacramento’s Continuum of Care and coordinates data, funding, and collaboration among service providers, government agencies, community partners, and funders to prevent and resolve homelessness. Its work is grounded in community coordination, data, and the lived experience of people who have faced homelessness.

The organization supports the region’s homelessness response system through Coordinated Access, housing problem-solving, prevention efforts, and provider resources and training.
