Description

Earl’s Place Men’s Transitional Housing is a Baltimore City program operated by Cornerstone Community Housing for men experiencing homelessness and recovering from substance abuse. The program provides safe transitional housing, shared living spaces, and supportive services that help residents work toward stability.

Residents receive individualized guidance from a case manager as they develop personal and long-term goals. Support may include connecting with health care, education and job training, addiction and mental health resources, and pathways to permanent housing. Cornerstone also encourages residents to build savings and strengthen the skills needed for greater independence.

Cornerstone Community Housing combines housing assistance with outreach and education aimed at changing community attitudes toward homelessness.
