Safe Harbour is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a full range of housing services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Cumberland County. Governed by an independent Board of Directors, Safe Harbour receives financial support from a diverse mix of sources including individuals, organizations, churches, resident fees, commercial rents, investments, foundations, federal and state grants, and the United Way.
