Helping One Woman (HOW) is dedicated to supporting women in need through meaningful programs, scholarships, and community-driven fundraising events. Our signature program, the Joyce Souza Memorial Scholarship, was created to honor one of HOW’s original supporters and her legacy of compassion. This scholarship helps past recipients or their immediate family members cover the cost of post-secondary education, empowering them to pursue brighter futures.

In addition to scholarships, HOW hosts an annual major fundraising event that brings together our chapters, supporters, and community partners. These events provide vital funding for our programs and administrative operations, ensuring that we can continue to make an impact.
