The Northlake Homeless Coalition unites public and private service providers across Livingston, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Parishes to combat homelessness. As the HUD-designated Continuum of Care (CoC) for the region, the coalition commits to ending homelessness by swiftly rehousing individuals and families, optimizing access to mainstream programs, and promoting self-sufficiency. Their collaborative approach is transforming the lives of many in southeast Louisiana.
