Connecticut Homelessness Prevention and Solutions

Our mission is to prevent and solve homelessness across the state of Connecticut through innovative, collaborative efforts with community providers, state agencies, and local organizations. We are dedicated to catalyzing transformative change by ensuring effective emergency responses and fostering sustainable, long-term housing solutions.

By working together with a broad network of stakeholders, we focus on addressing both the immediate crises faced by individuals and families experiencing homelessness, as well as the systemic factors that contribute to housing instability. Our goal is to build a coordinated, statewide system of care that reduces homelessness, increases housing affordability, and provides supportive services tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Through partnership, advocacy, and strategic intervention, we strive to create a Connecticut where homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring — improving the quality of life for all residents across the state.
