Description

Friendship Place provides housing-focused services for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the Washington, DC, region. Its programs use a Housing First approach and are designed to help people find and maintain stable housing while addressing individual needs.

Services include permanent supportive housing for people living with disabilities, serious mental health challenges, addictions, or physical illnesses, as well as housing support for veterans and their families. Friendship Place also operates The Aston Bridge Housing Facility and The Brooks Short-Term Family Housing Facility, connecting residents with case management and other supportive resources as they work toward permanent housing.
