HART Homeless Animal Rescue Team of Maine

Our mission is to offer refuge, comfort, and comprehensive medical attention to cats who have been surrendered, abandoned, injured, or abused. We are dedicated to healing and caring for these vulnerable animals, ensuring they receive the treatment and nurturing they need to recover fully.

Beyond medical care, we focus on finding appropriate and loving community placements for each cat, giving them the chance to thrive in permanent homes. Through our compassionate approach and commitment to animal welfare, we work tirelessly to improve the lives of cats in need and foster a community that values and protects its most vulnerable creatures.
