Community Assistance Network, Inc. (CAN) is a Baltimore County-based nonprofit established in 1965, dedicated to reducing vulnerability and empowering personal growth, dignity, stability, and self-sufficiency for individuals and families facing economic challenges. As part of a national network of Community Action Agencies, CAN partners with the community to operate programs that address poverty, provide essential services, and foster long-term independence.
