Founded in 2006, the Springfield Supported Housing Program (SSHP) helps families and individuals in Windsor and Northern Windham counties secure and maintain safe, affordable housing. By combining housing navigation with at-home case management, SSHP supports those experiencing or at risk of homelessness on their journey to stability.
Our compassionate team works one-on-one with clients to provide resources for budgeting, employment, healthcare access, and life skills, ensuring they have the tools to sustain independence. SSHP’s mission is to break the cycle of homelessness by offering both immediate housing solutions and long-term support tailored to each household’s needs.
