Description

Founded in 2008, the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness (CCEH) brings together service providers, faith-based groups, and community stakeholders committed to ending homelessness in Concord. Our early work led to the establishment of the Concord Homeless Resource Center, a centralized hub for emergency cold weather shelter services run by volunteers. With a focus on permanent supportive housing, CCEH has partnered with local agencies, including Crossroads House of Portsmouth, to launch Housing First Concord, which provides housing and support to chronically homeless individuals facing significant barriers. Since adopting Concord’s Plan to End Homelessness in 2014, CCEH has expanded its impact through advocacy, coordinated care, and sustainable housing solutions.
